Human Perception
Human Perception aims to challenge and consider the true perceptiveness of the human eye. In a world where Artificial Intelligence is becoming increasingly more prevalent and involved in creative industries. Sometimes we need to take a step back and consider the importance and value of the art that surrounds us. Credibility, ownership, reputation, and artistic intellectual property, what was once taken for granted is now becoming blurry. The design approach for this project was inspired by human skin. The subtleties, the creases, the lines, the aspects we often try to hide. Human skin is unique, one of a kind, innately human. No other organic, or technological being has been able to replicate it. As a result, photographic textures and features have been manipulated within this design to insinuate a sense of uneasiness, as if something else is wearing our skin, taking away our identity.
